oil catch tank
a superb chromed part with a mini exhaust shape
Esthetic and usefull, the oil catch tank is almost essential if you remove your air box for a cone air filter
when you do this, you must keep your cranckase vent free, usually it's plugged in the air filter box
so, you can't clog or block it (cranckase surpression , leading to failure of gaskets) or put it 'free' taking the risk to breath dirts
this is the solution !
plut it to the oil catch tank, do the same with the oil level plug, all is included to do the job
the tank is an all in one solution
it will COOL you oil
breath you cranckase
condensate the hot and vaporized oil into usable oil that will return to the motor cranckase instead of to be burn like with the air filter box solution (and damaging your air filter) or go away in the nature
on some scooter the standard pipe is too short for the cranckcase vent, a 60 cm pipe will be put at each order

in this exemple, the oil catch tank is fixed with a bolt on the mud guard, on some models you can fix it on the exhaust collar, usually you can put it whereever you want, if it higher than the rocker arm cover, higher is better
