give you 72cc . those saying that their 47mm kit are 80cc (almost all 80cc kit on internet) are not honest, and usually avoid to give you the exact bore (47mm) because simple mathematics says that this give you a 72cc kit and not a highly commercial 80cc kit, real 80cc kit are 49,2 mm bore kitand usually you must grind your cranckcase to use them external diameter of cylinder skirt 54,5 mm, can fit without grinding the cranckcase on almost all the chinese scooter in 50cc with short motor (10 inches wheel) and without worries on long motors (12 inches wheels) if you're not sure, check that your cranckcase hole is 55mm or up
