cylinder kit 50mm 82cc
complete: cylindre, piston, srings, gaskets, piston pin, rings, clips .
we recommend you to use the 50mm cylinder head, the compression is too important on a standard cylinder head :
this is a REAL 82cc cylinder kit, usually, the sellers don't give you the bore diameter of the cylinder, and "upgrade" their kit with some cc, we don't do fancy mathematics, you can check by yourself with some simple maths, a 47mm kit is a 72cc, a 50mm like our, a REAL 82cc outside diameter of the cylinder skirt = 53mm, can fit on all the scooter, without grinding the cranckcase, most of the other kit have a outer skirt of 55mm or more, with tham, you may have to grind your cranckcase... to mount the rings, just put the clearer on the top and the M mark on the top too 50cc to 90cc for chinese scooter, 50cc to 90cc, 139QMA, 139QMB, gy6 , motors, Peugeot V-clic, Revatto, jonway, Roadsign, Aztral, kinroad, Yiying, linhai, baotian, znen, Gowinn, jmstar meiduo, haizhimeng, wangye, Jialing, vonroad, Hanglong, Jincheng, Zongshen, Linhai, Benzhou, Dazon, Huibang, Zhonghyu, Shenke, Wacox, etc... don't forget to upjet your main jet, usually a 95 is enought, a too lean carburation will overheat your motor and lead to seizure meanwhile, check your spark plug tip, a white tip mean a too lean mixture important : some kymco new dink and Kymco People have a different rocker arm bracket, you must change it for a standard one !
